Oh Jay, the turquoise bowl is absolutely beautiful. The blue color is to die for. Have you considered making a green turquoise one? I can't wait to see the lapis one. Please keep up the fantastic work.

Words can't even express how beautiful this bowl is...it's a knockout. Smooth as silk, and wonderfully made, it deserves a place of honor in your home. The turquoise is gorgeous, as are all of Jay King's items, but this one is special. Worth the $$ anytime. I can't wait for the larger turquoise bowls to be available again, and the lapis.

Jay what can I say but YOU have out done yourself this time along with your hard working staff. This goes great with my new home that is decorated with the earth, sky and water colors. Can't wait until February to see what other goodies you have in store for us.

A heartfelt labor of love, Jay sought inspiration for this decorative piece in old, wooden Navajo corn grinding bowls. Twenty years later, his modern interpretation is ready to grace any tablescape, shelving, bookcase and more with its distinctive beauty.

Each bowl requires a day-long manufacturing process—through which it acquires its appealing raw-edge and high shine—and is fashioned from an intriguing composition of gibbsite, turquoise, feldspar, titanium dioxide and quartz.
